EASY TO APPLY: Put a small amount of What a TINT! Lip & Cheek Tint onto your lips or the apples of your cheeks. Blend it outwards towards your cheekbones using either your fingers or makeup brush. Put in small amount first and blend thoroughly to achieve the desired intensity.
